1. What we collect

To complete your order and deliver it, we collect the following:

• Order details: recipient name, phone number, email address, delivery address (or pickup point selection), order note.
• Order record: items purchased, quantities, amounts, order and payment timestamps, order status.
• Payment information: payment is handled by PayPal. We never see and never storeyour card number or PayPal login credentials. We only receive the transaction ID, payer email and payment status from PayPal.
• Device and visit information: browser type, pages viewed, referrer parameters (used to gauge ad performance), time of visit. IP addresses are only kept in security audit logs, in an irreversible hashed form.

2. How we use it

• To process orders, arrange delivery or pickup, and handle after-sales and refunds;
• To contact you about your order (confirmations, delivery changes, after-sales handling);
• Security and risk control: spotting abnormal orders and preventing fraud or abuse;
• Ad measurement and remarketing,only with your consent(see section 4).

We use necessary cookies to keep basic site functions working (such as the contents of your cart). In addition,only with your explicit consent, we enable ad measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance and to show relevant ads to people who have visited this site.

You can chooseDeclinein the cookie notice at the bottom of the page, or clear this site’s cookies at any time. Declining still leaves every shopping function working — only ad measurement stops.

5. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for 7 yearsfor financial and tax purposes; security audit logs are kept for 12 months; advertising behavioural data is kept for the third-party platform’s default period. After that we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the associated privacy principles, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion where we are not required by law to keep it;
• Withdraw consent for ad tracking;
• Complain about how your privacy is handled.

To exercise any of these, email hello@fruit.vipwith your order number so we can verify who you are. We reply within 30 days.

7. Data security

We use the industry-standard measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), passwords stored as salted Argon2id hashes, access control and login auditing on the admin panel, and payment keys that never touch the database. That said, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the “last updated” date on this page and, where necessary, notify customers who have ordered by email.
