CreativeTech is an online store specialising in fruit-flavour products. We organise the shelf by brand and series, and try every flavour before it goes up — no generic fruit note that is “close enough”.
The same flavour may appear in all four series, and we check each one. If the name does not match the taste, it does not go on the shelf.
The product page states the brand, series, flavour, English name and spec. How one flavour differs across series is obvious at a glance.
We only list specs that keep at room temperature in a cool, dry place without special conditions. Anything that needs special storage is pickup-only, or not listed at all.
Within 24 hours of delivery, if something is missing, damaged, or does not match the description, send us a photo and once verified we reship or refund — nothing to send back.
We will not ask you to “prove” anything and we will not pass on shipping costs. Losses in transit are part of the job — that cost is ours, and it is not yours to carry.
