Yes. Some flavours also come in a lower-strength spec with the same taste but a softer hit. Which ones do is listed in the spec notes on each product page.

That depends on how often you use it — there is no fixed number. Each series is rated for a different count, which is written on the product page. Light use usually lasts several days to over a week.

Orders placed before 3pm go out the same day; anything later moves to the next dispatch day. Delivery is usually the same day or the next day after dispatch.

No. Keep them at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sun and heat, and reseal after opening. In summer, just keep them out of the heat.

Open the order help section or contact us with your order number, affected quantities and any helpful photos. We assess the problem and arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate. Wait for instructions before returning goods.

Change-of-mind returns need approval and are separate from remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Contact us before returning anything. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unchanged.

Approved refunds normally go back through the original payment method. You can see whether a refund is processing or completed on the order page. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear.

Report the order as not received. We will check the tracking and delivery evidence and arrange an appropriate remedy. Please report promptly; this does not impose a fixed deadline on statutory rights.

An unpaid order can be cancelled and its stock released. For paid orders, submit a cancellation request before dispatch; dispatch pauses while it is reviewed. Shipped orders follow the returns process.
